We invite you - smart city corporations, public and private sectors, cities, and startups worldwide to apply for the World Smart City Expo Awards 2023. These awards acknowledge and celebrate the achievements and show gratitude to local governments, companies, and institutions that have played a pivotal role in the smart city industry.
Hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) and the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) and organized by Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH), Korea Water Resources Corporation (KWater) and Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX), the awards program aims to motivate other cities to adopt similar strategies and expedite their transformation towards becoming smarter, more interconnected, and highly efficient urban environments.
The Organizing Committee is searching for outstanding projects, solutions, initiatives, and strategies in the following categories:
- Cities (Municipality) - Domestic/Korean and foreign bodies - up to 7 Awards
- Corporations - Domestic/Korean and Foreign companies in the fields of Mobility, Energy & Environment and Security & Solution - up to 18 Awards
- Other - All organizations that have partnered with participants in the Awards to find smart city solutions can apply as well for Best Partnership Award category
Benefits for Winners:
- Networking: Winners can attend the networking party held after the Awards ceremony.
- Exposure: Winning works will be showcased in the exhibition, and winners will also be featured in WSCE 2023 newsletters and web brochures.
- Recognition: Award recipients will receive a certification mark and prominent exposure on the website's online exhibition page, along with permanent promotion for an Awarded organization on the website. Organizations operating the booth will also be permitted to display the WSCE Awards logo.
