On June 15, 2026, Eyal Victor Mamou, CEO of KOISRA, was invited by CzechTrade to speak at a specialized seminar on e-commerce opportunities in South Korea for Czech businesses. The event was hosted at the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Prague, Czech Republic.
Leveraging KOISRA's extensive market entry experience, Mr. Mamou provided valuable insights to help participating companies find the right model for online commerce in South Korea. The seminar addressed a highly engaged audience of over 40 Czech companies from diverse industries, including cosmetics, food, beverages, logistics, home improvement, and pet care.
Mr. Mamou's lecture proved instrumental in equipping attendees with essential knowledge about the Korean digital landscape. He highlighted that South Korea is an exceptional target for global expansion, standing as the 4th largest e-commerce market in the world and ranking first globally per capita. Representatives from the Korean marketplace Coupang also participated in the event to introduce their platform's capabilities.
Following the main lecture, Mr. Mamou transitioned into a series of dedicated B2B sessions and consultations with the participating Czech companies. These one-on-one meetings allowed for further deep-dive discussions on tailored Korea market entry strategies, providing actionable, real-world guidance for brands looking to establish a successful presence in South Korea's highly competitive e-commerce sector.
